Cricket Wars is intended to be the most talked about event of the year – and has already proven to be so! Cricket Wars is a cricket festival, taking place on the Nairobi Gymkhana grounds on the 15th, 16th and 17th of February 2013. There will be a total of 8 teams and each team will consist of the best of the cricketers, from all over Kenya. There will be one celebrity cricketer in each team, as well as a cricketer from the Maasai Warriors Cricket team. We also have some International cricketers playing for some of the teams.

There are food courts selling a variety of foods. In short, this event will be a complete family entertainer. There will be lots of cricket, lots of entertainment, you can hang out with celebrities as you enjoy the variety of food and drinks at Nairobi Gymkhana! The stalls would also be serving liquor, soft drinks, tea and coffee.

We have actors from Bollywood and from the Indian television fraternity, singers, a comedian as well as local talent such as the Wasanii Dance Group, Q-tasi, Nameless and Size 8 who will all be performing. There will be 4 matches a day of 10 overs each, with the finals on Sunday of 15 overs.
